Rinse the menstrual disc and the sterilizing cup using running water.

Put the menstrual disc in the sterilizing cup.

Fill the sterilizing cup with room temperature water.

Place the sterilizing cup (without the lid) and the menstrual disc in the microwave

Set the microwave to 3 minutes on high.

Let the menstrual disc stay in the sterilizing cup for at least 2 more minutes.

Scoop the disc out of the water

Let the disc cool before inserting or let it dry before storing.
