Rinse the menstrual disc and the sterilizing cup using running water then put the menstrual disc in the sterilizing cup.

Boil 200ml of clean water and fill the sterilizing cup.

Let the disc stay in the freshly boiled water for 3–10 minutes.

Scoop the disc out of the water.

Let the disc cool before inserting or let it dry before storing.
