Rinse the menstrual disc and the sterilizing cup using running water.

Put the menstrual cup in the sterilizing cup.

Fill the sterilizing cup with room temperature water.

Place the sterilizing cup (without the lid) and the menstrual cup in the microwave

Set the microwave to 3 minutes on high.

Let the menstrual cup stay in the sterilizing cup for at least 2 more minutes.

Scoop the cup out of the water

Let the cup cool before inserting or let it dry before storing.
