Rinse the menstrual cup and the sterilizing cup using running water then put the menstrual cup in the sterilizing cup.

Boil 200ml of clean water and fill the sterilizing cup.

Let the cup stay in the freshly boiled water for 3–10 minutes.

Scoop the disc out of the water.

Let the cup cool before inserting or let it dry before storing.
